The location, TV, and beds in the room were fine, and you could open the window. The bathroom was extremely tiny and I almost fell; the carpet had a bad smell.

The bathtub was rough and left residue, so I just rinsed with the shower—probably the cleaner’s idea or training? The elevator was only one unit, which is the first time I've seen that in many hotels I've stayed at; it feels inconvenient and I won’t go back.

The location was spot on, and the staff were friendly and kind. The rook was very small, and the bathroom even smaller than anything I've seen; if you book a triple room you have to set up your own bed.

Breakfast was included, and the place is close to Nihonbashi for easy shopping. You can choose pillows that suit you (very important!), the room was spotless and very quiet, laundry facilities were inexpensive and came with detergent, the room was small but enough for two people and hanging clothes, the AC was comfortable, the shower had plenty of water, and the staff were polite with good English.

The room lacked a light in front of the door, making that spot too dark; a light should be installed there, and a side table would also be useful next to the bed.
