I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in many ways. The pool was spacious and clean, and my room was spotless. The food was delicious, and the shisha was a highlight of my stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. However, I did notice that some guests were a bit rowdy, but overall, it was a great experience.
I had a disastrous stay at this hotel. The price was exorbitant, and the bathroom was filthy, with a thick layer of dust under the bed and nightstand. The staff seemed to be gathered from a train station bar and communicated with guests in a similarly rude manner. The only clean area was the pool, but it closed at 19, not 20 as advertised, and the restaurant served only overpriced meat, fish, and cheese platters.
I was looking forward to using the pool, but it was closed, and the driveway was in terrible condition, making it difficult for taxis to access. It's not right to provide false information to guests.
