The hotel's cleanliness was a highlight, with the bed linen being spotless and the room generally tidy. It's a bit of a trek to Pub Street, but the proximity to the bus station is a plus. The AC worked okay, though it wasn't super powerful, and the room stayed cool. However, the system of needing to insert a card to use the electricity and leaving it at the front desk was a bit of a hassle, especially when I needed to keep the AC and fridge running.

I was really happy with the location of this hotel - it's just a short walk from the VET tram stop and close to the central market, with plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. The building itself is a bit old and basic, but it's been kept clean and tidy, which is a plus. The staff were super friendly and relaxed, which made a big difference to my stay. Overall, it's a decent choice if you're looking for a no-frills place to stay in the area.

We were really close to the bus station where we arrived, which was a big plus. However, the air conditioning in our room wasn't working, and we couldn't open the window. To make matters worse, there was no shampoo and only a tiny amount of soap. It was a bit of a mixed bag.

The hotel's location was really quiet and peaceful, but unfortunately, they don't offer breakfast, which was a bit of a letdown. The lobby area was also a bit cramped and not very comfortable. Overall, it was a decent stay, but with some drawbacks.
