I managed to spend a quiet night in a clean place and even kept using the parking lot after checkout, though the lack of other guests made it feel a little eerie.
The facilities were clean and the breakfast was excellent, but the blankets on the bed were excessively heavy.
“とくに可もなく不可もなく。”
The location was convenient and they offered a shuttle, but the breakfast was terrible – the salad bowl was empty, there were no fruits or yogurt refilled, and the buffet felt completely bare, which felt like a scam. I was also surprised that I had to set up my own futon.
“快適”
The room was pleasantly quiet, but the wooden table in the Japanese‑style suite still had seven cup stains on it. ===REVIEW 3<|message|>The facilities were spotless and the breakfast was great, yet the blanket on the bed felt excessively heavy. ===REVIEW 4<|message|>Being close to both Karuizawa Station and Old Karuizawa while remaining quiet made the location extremely convenient, and every staff member was friendly and left a good impression. ===REVIEW 5<|message|>The spot was handy and they offered a shuttle, but breakfast was terrible – the salad bowl was empty, there were no fruit or yogurt refills, and the buffet was basically bare, which felt like a scam; I was also surprised to have to set up my own futon. ===REVIEW 6<|message|>The staff treated us wonderfully and the meals arrived in a well‑timed hot‑cold sequence that made breakfast taste excellent, and the room itself was lovely, though the tissue holder and cabinet showed signs of wear, which was a disappointing waste. ===REVIEW 7<|message|>The infinity pool offered an incredible sea and Mount Agung view, with pleasant water temperature, while the spacious, clean room and huge, well‑decorated bathroom with tub and shower were a plus; the hotel’s WhatsApp service arranged our boat trips and driver flawlessly, the included breakfast was good, the setting was quiet up on the hill with scooter rentals available. However, the exterior walls could use a fresh coat of paint, the bathroom exposed pipes were unsightly, dinner was mediocre (we only tried it once), there was no à‑la‑carte cocktail service because the employee claimed to be ill, and reaching the hotel on foot required a steep climb, leaving it somewhat isolated from the town and restaurants. ===REVIEW 8<|message|>Everything was immaculate and the staff were very friendly.
