“Comodo e pratico”
Arriving very late after a work trip, I had no trouble accessing the property because the directions were extremely precise, and it’s close to the station. The price was high for a room with an external bathroom, but I can understand that prices are higher during the fair days.
The room was very large, with a balcony and a sofa, and it was very clean. Breakfast was very tasty, though you had to go to a café on the corner outside the venue; the café staff were excellent and there were many options to choose from. We were allowed to leave our luggage there before check‑in and after check‑out. It’s extremely close to the train station, with both the good and bad that comes with that. The bathroom was outside the room (though exclusive) and had no ventilation, making it very hot. There was no on‑site staff; we always communicated via WhatsApp.
Breakfast was served in the cafeteria right next door and tasted good, and the staff were very friendly.

Very close to the central train station, with luggage storage available before check‑in. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. Given the location, the room was well insulated and quiet at night, and the bed was excellent; the air conditioning was a plus, though it cooled off outside in the evening and wasn’t needed. The private toilet and shower across the hallway were inconvenient, but not a deal‑breaker; if you need to use the restroom often at night, this might not suit you. Bright hallway lighting turns on automatically when you use the restroom. The host was exceptional in communication.

The location next to the station and the center had good bus connections. Breakfast was very good and pleasant, the room size and sink were fine, and check‑in and check‑out were easy. There was nothing to open the suitcase and keep it open, and in the bathroom there were no hangers.
