“Buena”
The location is great, but the extra bed service was lacking.
We recommend this hotel; we had a very pleasant stay and the staff were caring and lovely.
Nothing was truly terrible about the place 😔. They promised a bed, yet we got a mattress on the floor that was 3 centimeters high. The room was smelly and unclean, to say the least. I left and asked for a refund, but they didn’t give one, even though they lied about the room’s location. The place is bad, a horrible hotel, and I can’t understand why it’s still listed. The team said they would refund the money minus one night, but they didn’t do that either. Very disappointed ☹️☹️.

We had plenty of space and direct pool access, but breakfast was okay and didn’t match the variety of other hotels, and the pool had a strong chlorine smell.

The facilities were amazing, and the staff were absolutely adorable! The hotel restaurant is really good :) Thanks again! The only downside was that the bathroom lacked enough storage, but we managed to organize ourselves easily.
