We couldn't have breakfast because the kitchen was broken, and we were not warned about the kitchen fault with enough notice.

The best part of the stay was the location and the calmness of the place. We felt at home, could come and go freely, and leave the car right below our window. We requested a balcony room because we were traveling with our dog, and they granted it without any trouble. Aitor, who handled most of our needs, behaved as if we were lifelong friends, offering a friendly and peaceful experience. The hotel has very few rooms, which really reduces noise and disturbances. The only downside was that the café was closed for holidays, so we had nothing for breakfast and had to head to the neighboring town, which is less than 2 km away.

At least they refunded the full amount within 24 hours, but they closed for holidays the day before we were supposed to arrive and only gave us a 12‑hour notice; they offered a full refund (good) but left us stranded halfway through our vacation—FATAL. The rooms are not like the photos and are very bad.
