The spot was excellent, right on the harbourside, perfect for exploring the town and reaching swim spots, with lovely restaurants right outside. The host, Manolis, communicated well. The bed was a bit hard for us, but that’s a personal preference and didn’t ruin our stay in this charming apartment.

In the center of Ermioni, the owner was extremely friendly! The noise level was high and the room was very small.

The rooms were gorgeous, brand‑new and spotless, and the sea view from the balcony was amazing. Manolis, who manages the rooms, is the perfect host—polite, helpful, and full of love and dedication for what he does. We will definitely come back! Everything was excellent.

A tiny inn in a great spot, and the owner greeted us with genuine warmth; breakfast by the water was fantastic and the service was flawless, making it one of the best places in Ermioni. Couples who like a bit of space should steer clear of room 4, which has two single beds bolted to the floor, a very small floor plan, though it matches the description.
