“Disappointing these days”
Still in a convenient spot on the beautiful river, but it’s gotten more expensive and the facilities haven’t improved; the dining room used to be excellent, now it’s just okay.

The spot was great, with an outdoor garden beside the river that was quiet, quaint, and very clean; the bed was comfy, the hot showers were nice, and the pizza at the restaurant was really good. Only a joke about the tweeting birds at dawn.

Stopped over here on the way to Sydney from the Sunshine Coast and it was a solid break. The room was tidy and the location was spot on, but the bed was a bit too soft for my taste and the bathroom and shower could use a facelift.

This old hotel really keeps its charm alive—every corner feels like a piece of history, and the recent restorations have done a great job.

The place is in a great spot and the beds are comfy, but the bathrooms look a bit worn out, though they’re still clean.
