The location in the Schanzenviertel was very good, the staff friendly and helpful, and they found a good solution for safely storing bicycles. One night was fine. The room on the 4th floor without an elevator was very small, had low roof slopes, was very noisy, had a broken smoke detector and lamp, no chair in the room, and no glasses in the bathroom for toothbrushes. The price‑performance ratio was not adequate.
“Enttäuscht!”
The location and staff were good! There was no Wi‑Fi on the 3rd floor, no TV in the whole accommodation. I insist on a price reduction afterward. I also mentioned this on site. The receptionist acknowledged it. I expect a response.
“Great stay”
The best part was that it was open 24 hours, clean, and the rooms were large. Occasionally the receptionist wasn’t available.
“Reicht zum Schlafen”
The location was fine for me, the bed was okay. There was little comfort (no chair/table), no glass in the bathroom, the bathroom was tight, Wi‑Fi only reached the 2nd floor, and there was no reception on the 3rd floor.
