“Pathetic. Had to book another hotel. Stayed there for max 15 minutes”
The hotel is not worth listing online; the locks fail, the rooms smell bad, and the bed sheets aren’t washed.

The place was clean, but the heating claim was false—when I cranked it up at night, the room stayed freezing all night.

Getting in was easy and there were no rats, but the building feels run‑down and the few staff interactions were oddly interesting.

No breakfast details were given, and that’s it.

The front‑desk staff were great and the west‑Calgary location was ideal for a morning departure, yet the property was the dirtiest we’ve ever stayed at: sinks, door handles, and light switches were grimy, I had to clean everything myself, one bed seemed used or the bedding was just old and not made well, and a different desk person later was rude to my husband, insulting and raising her voice unnecessarily. We accidentally booked twice online, she was upset about refunding one reservation, claimed all rooms were booked that night, yet we returned at 10:00 after dinner and saw about three cars parked; when we left at 6:30 the next morning there were four or five cars. We do not recommend staying here.
