The front desk guy was very nice and polite, but the room was dirty with hair everywhere, the bed smelled like cat pee, and the breakfast was horrible.
The king bed was comfortable and the room had air conditioning, but the building felt under construction: no pool or hot tub, hot hallways, random broken doors, and clutter everywhere. The tub was stained, and I was taller than the shower head. The sink was in the bedroom area, there was no trash can in the room or bathroom, and the shampoo and conditioner brands didn’t match.
“Comfortable bed made up for a lot of little things that weren’t perfect.”
The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel was in the middle of a rolling remodel, with many small inconveniences that could frustrate other guests.
“gross”
I checked in quickly, about 3 minutes, but the room was a mess: the main light was broken, the floor was dirty, and the desk lamp had a strange red residue that looked like old blood. The bed was clean, but the bathroom was awful—shower had a used toothbrush, the tub bottom was gross, and there was a red clump on the tank side and toilet handle. The door seemed kicked in. We arrived around 11 pm and left as soon as we woke. We paid about $200 for the room, and it was definitely not worth it.
I had no positives to mention. The third‑party company that handled my reservation had changed the address to South Dakota, even though I was at the Oklahoma City location the night before and had verified the correct address in their system. When I checked in the next day at the Oklahoma City location, they couldn’t find my reservation and said I had booked a South Dakota location. The app had told me to “search your location and surrounding areas,” which is what I did. The desk staff lied about a “boss” coming to talk to me, and 15 minutes later the same guy asked, “How can I help you, sir?”
