“Beautiful room and sea view, but disappointing service.”
The room was beautifully designed, very clean, and had a stunning sea view. The location on Dahab Promenade was excellent. Unfortunately, despite the beautiful room, my experience was disappointing in several ways. I called reception three times around 10:20 PM to order food before the stated 11 PM cutoff, but nobody answered. When I finally reached the owner, his attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was simply asking why my calls had gone unanswered, but instead of explaining the situation politely, he made me feel unwelcome. This was particularly disappointing because the owner should set an example of good hospitality and make guests want to return. I later spoke to Yasser, who was very polite and apologized, and I appreciated his response. Unfortunately, my laundry was also returned as I was leaving, and the clothes did not look properly clean. In addition, entering the sea was difficult due to the coral reef and rocky seabed, which is important for guests who expect easy access for swimming
