The inside of the place has an amazing vibe, and from the historic baroque sofa you can see the sea where nobody else is. The owner is very friendly and even lent me a bike, plus there’s a private beach entrance. Unfortunately everything feels terribly worn out and in need of renovation; the curtains are falling apart, the balcony door lacks an outdoor lever, the air‑conditioning remote comes from the last unit, and new construction is taking over the area, so you’re surrounded by a construction site. The concrete base and the lack of palm trees make it scorching hot. This isn’t a negative per se, but be aware that at the beginning of March the waves were too high to swim in this spot, so you had to walk a few hundred meters to the calmer Kemené mol where the waves were minimal. In the immediate vicinity I felt there was nothing, and many bad restaurants, only one good one.
