The staff’s hospitality is excellent, and the location is convenient—close to Jam Gadang and plenty of restaurants and shops. However, the Wi‑Fi on the second floor is terrible—connections drop constantly and it’s very slow. The air conditioner there also doesn’t work properly.

I appreciated the soft king bed and the modern décor. The hotel staff were proactive and friendly, offering daily room service, and the check‑in and check‑out processes were smooth. The toilet was very dirty, the hotel sits a bit far from tourist spots, and the breakfast selection lacked protein options.

The view from my room was exceptional, but the breakfast area turned into a seminar or meeting room on the second day, so the lobby became the crowded breakfast spot.
