The location is great, just across the street from the beach. The only downside, unrelated to staff or facilities, was the electric pole right in front of my balcony.

I want to report a female employee/ waitress from the evening night shift on June 15 and June 16, 2026. She has an oblong face and is the nosiest employee, being rude, mocking, and laughing when I said “Khop Khun Kha” to your waiter because I’m not Thai. I heard her laughing and mocking until I got upstairs and passed by. She was very rude and showed no respect to customers. Please teach her a lesson. The girl waitress with an oblong face laughs very hard and very loudly during the evening night shift on June 15 & 16. Thanks.

We stayed twice at this hotel, and the location is excellent. The restaurant is on the first floor and breakfast was included. Portions were large, and we could order omelets, scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, rice, bacon, potato nuggets, chicken nuggets, coffee, a plate of fruit, yogurt, and many other items. The chef cooks everything with love. The room was cleaned daily, with towel changes and fresh linens, and the bar was refilled with coffee, cream, and water. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since it was our second stay, the staff already felt familiar. Towels for the beach were free.

For the price, 10 out of 10. The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily, with linens replaced regularly. The room had everything needed. The staff were super friendly and positive! My view was of a wall, but the room was always quiet.
