The room was nice, spacious, with a beautiful bathroom. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is available: a pool, sauna, kids’ area, and a restaurant! The drive to the accommodation was not great – a big minus. Upon entering the hotel grounds, we were greeted by waiters with the expression “What are you doing?” on their faces. Only the administrator came out and welcomed us warmly.

The road to the hotel is missing. I won’t say the distance in kilometers, but about 30 minutes we just trudged through rough terrain. Dinner: upon arrival, we heard a wonderful aroma of cherry wood and, of course, ordered grilled steaks for dinner. Instead we received a set of hard soles, probably a week old, that were already falling apart in the fridge. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The whole family, children and adults alike, were forced to eat that dry meat because there was nowhere else to go – a silent village. The internet is very bad, and mobile reception is almost nonexistent.

The room was nice, fairly spacious, with a modern renovation. The hotel has a terrace where it’s pleasant to have breakfast. There’s also a pool. The staff are very polite and pleasant. The breakfasts are tasty. The room lacked a teapot and glasses. For instance, we returned very late when the restaurant was already closed and could not order tea. Or we woke up early when the restaurant wasn’t open yet. Usually, it’s great to be able to make tea or coffee in such cases. It’s a small detail, but for travelers it’s important and makes the stay truly comfortable.

The accommodation did not provide a fiscal receipt. The person who needed to confirm the payment could not. Calls to the hotel were unhelpful. They promised to provide the document but never did.
