“Uncomfortable Unsuitable and a misrepresentation of the booking we made for a unit in the main building”
The log fire was nice. No staff were around; the restaurant and bar were closed. We were moved to a cottage without our consent, even though we had booked a unit in the main building. We have a service dog and suffer from lung fibrosis, and that cottage had carpets that were unsuitable for us. We left early and will file a complaint directly to Bookings.com, Dr. Ian, and Jeannie Hackworthy.
