I was thrilled to find the hotel just a stone's throw from Băneasa airport, but the price didn’t match the quality.

The only thing worth mentioning was its proximity to the airport, yet everything else was awful: the rooms were filthy, the staff were terrible, the room smelled bad, and at check‑in they ripped off extra fees even though everything had already been paid.

The management’s attitude was the main downside.

The only positives were that I could park on the premises and eat right there; it was clean, but that’s about it. The beds were a nightmare—thin mattresses over wooden slats, the toilet flush ran nonstop, and there was no hot water. I didn’t realize that in Romania you need to specify the number of guests, so I booked two double rooms without entering the person count, which meant we had to pay extra for breakfast. The breakfast itself only included coffee and you could pick just one dish from the menu, a detail I wish I’d known beforehand. In short, I’d return to Bucharest, but not to this hotel again.

The hotel was close to where I had my appointment, but in room 505 the blinds were poor and let in a lot of light; the air‑conditioner made noise because it was building up ice.
