“It was very comfortable”
The rooms were nice and spacious, and the staff were really kind. The rooms just need a refresh.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast selection was great. The room cleaning could use more care—there were kids’ drawings on the walls, the bath needed a deeper scrub, and the fan had dust. The sofa bed was worn out. It didn’t match the standard I’d expect from Springhill Suites.

The staff were pleasant, but the lobby couches were dirty and the furniture needed replacing. The room was fine, but I won’t return.

Everything was perfect—everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I’ll stay again, but for a longer period. We only stayed one night because we were traveling from Triangle, VA to Salem, Massachusetts.

The front‑desk lady was very helpful and found a room that suited our family best. Breakfast was good with healthy options. However, for the price and brand, this hotel feels very dated and sad. It was dirty, old, brown, and didn’t feel clean. Patches in the wallpaper, a dirty tub, and very old furniture and beds left a bad taste.
