The meals were delicious, the staff were friendly and made me feel at ease, the scenery from my room was wonderful, and I was able to unwind completely.

The onsen was lovely with countryside views, and I appreciated the hotel’s remote location; I also liked the traditional Japanese rooms with futons, and the sense that time had frozen somewhere in the 1980s feels quite charming.

The countryside location is nice, but the facilities feel a bit dated and the parking entrance lacks adequate lighting.
