The price was good and it was close to Conway, but there was still trash left in the room that nobody noticed, and several outlets and lights were broken.

The front desk ladies were fantastic all weekend, both shifts, and the housekeeping staff were sweet and kind; the halls and rooms were very clean. I can’t recall the name of the lady who checked us in because she was so welcoming. Breakfast every day was fresh, hot, and delicious, and that same lady was awesome too. The only downside was that the pool was shut on Saturday.

The location was fine, but the staff were rude and the breakfast was disappointing. I found two boogers on the wall next to the bed and the bed had small black dots that I couldn’t identify. The toilet paper holder was broken and the hotel phone didn’t work.

The place was very clean and it was very close to the CCU.

The parking was good and there’s a gas station nearby, but the staff aren’t friendly.
