The hotel coordinator and the rest of the staff are extremely attentive to guests’ satisfaction and comfort. Unfortunately my friend left her glasses at the hotel, and with great courtesy, attentiveness, and willingness, the coordinator sent them via sedex. We will always remember that with affection.

The front‑desk staff were very attentive and helpful, handling every request positively. The location is excellent, right in the city centre near the main attractions. However, the breakfast area could be better; when I arrived after 7 am it was open but there was no breakfast available, so I had to leave the hotel to get coffee.

The room was big and the 24‑hour service was good, and it’s very close to both my workplace and the urban centre. There was a water issue, but it was fixed during the day. The breakfast was pretty simple, but overall it was fine and the service was adequate.
