The experience was underwhelming.

I was thrilled by the wildlife around the resort—monkeys, birds, squirrels, trees, and flowers everywhere. The room was spacious, breakfast tasty, and the staff welcoming. However, we got locked out for a while because the door was faulty, and the lighting setup was confusing; you can't just turn on one light—it’s a whole cluster of them.

“Jungle gem”

Stunning jungle location, interesting architecture that blends into the surroundings, beautifully decorated rooms, very friendly staff & good food. Rooftop pool and easy access to the wildlife reserve & zoos are a highlight. Nothing really; more pool loungers would be great but there is limited space
