The location is good, but there was an unpleasant sewage smell.

I liked the location and the friendly staff, but despite it being a roadside motel, there was a lot of cobwebs in the room and bathroom, dust everywhere. We asked for a kettle, but the kettle itself was dusty 😱 We understood the conditions and the type of accommodation, but basic cleaning should be improved.
