Location to HPUSM was good as we came for that purpose. 1 room booked with breakfast. There was no breakfast. When asked during check out, we were informed that we had to go to their stall elsewhere but we were not informed of ghis when we checked in. Rooms we stayed were unkempt, dusty with mites. Looked more like unswept rooms with a lot of hair & dirt on the floor. Bathroom had broken tap. After informing it was repaired about an hour later. Lights in one of the room flickering when switched on. But the bathroom condition of the bathrooms were very bad. I guess they were not regilarly washed with stains & rust, damaged mirror dirty floor & tiles due to lack of proper washing. After a long drive from Pahang, a good place to rest is necessity. So, the lack of cleanliness & neatness was dissappointing especially when one needs rest & the is a long drive back on the next day. Because the location is good, if the maintained properly & kept clean, this place will be more popular
