I liked how close it was to everything and how open the parking lot was. However, I was downgraded from the accessible room I had originally booked after they asked if it was actually necessary; the room they gave me was much smaller and the shower was extremely tiny. The worst part was that it was our wedding day—we were only staying for one night before boarding our flight.

I would have preferred a better location, but the check‑in was a disaster. I had already paid for the room two days before to confirm the reservation, yet when I arrived at 5 o’clock I spent an hour in the lobby because they claimed no rooms were available and that housekeeping was needed. I was told to wait, and that wait turned into 45 minutes of frustration. Only one computer worked, and it wasn’t connected to a functioning credit‑card terminal. I had to push for a room, and the staff offered no apologies, no compensation, just a dismissive attitude that felt like a giant middle finger to someone who had already paid. I will never stay here again.

The place was spotless and the rooms were roomy. The only downside was that there was no free breakfast buffet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their assistance. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The location was decent; the metro is right outside the hotel and takes you to downtown, and it’s also next to the airport. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast was misleading: I paid extra for it, but all I found were prepackaged muffins, cookies, cereal, frozen food, and fruit in the minibar. The Wi‑Fi was basically unusable; I tried repeatedly and it never worked.
