We booked the private room and everything was in order and comfortable. There’s no lift, but the staff helped carry our luggage when we checked in. The location was great. During our stay, the alley road was under construction.

The bed was very comfortable and the price was a good deal. There was no lift.

Everything was great: a clean, modern room with a comfy bed, Netflix, and a good location. It was definitely worth the money, and the staff were very nice. The balcony was tiny, and the air‑con vent above it dripped onto us while we were on the balcony.

It’s close to the center and the room has a fridge, which can be handy. We were on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator.

The hotel was decent, but the lack of a view from the window and the absence of an elevator are drawbacks, especially if you have heavy luggage. Overall, it was clean and the shower room was fine. The shower itself was clean.
