“Déçu”
I couldn’t take a shower because of a water contamination issue, and B&B offered no compensation—I want a refund.
The location to Europa Park was great, but the breakfast tables weren’t wiped, the buffet took too long to refill and I even had to ask for more, cutlery even ran out, and the parking isn’t free.
The location is close to Europa Park, the reception was warm and the staff were kind, and it had everything you need to recharge before heading off to Voltron.
It was very noisy, and the breakfast didn’t live up to its price.

It’s only 10 minutes to Europa Park and 3 minutes to the town of Ettenheim for food, but paying €8 per night for parking feels outrageous, especially since the lot isn’t fenced and parking a meter farther on the street is free; the street was completely full, the shower faucet was loose, and there were strange spots on the bathroom door.
