Great location, but the sheets were stained and the walls and carpet were dirty.

After arriving at the location, locals told me the hotel had closed down the month after next, and when I called the listed phone number I was told it was no longer operating. I had to scramble to find another place, even though I’d booked four months earlier and hadn’t paid yet; at the very least I’d have appreciated a heads‑up.

The location was perfect because it was very close to the Nizami. The cleanliness was lacking; cleaning only at the front desk was the same as it was. Even the washroom wasn’t that clean, and the room was too small. The comforter wasn’t stitched; it was open on one side.

The location was spot‑on, right in the city centre, and the lady at the front desk was really friendly and helpful, but the place wasn’t clean; we booked four nights, asked for housekeeping each time, were promised she’d come, and she never showed up.
