“It could and must be better and more professional”

Breakfast consisted only of coffee and tea with no food; the room could have been cleaned before I left, a late check‑out would have helped, the staff weren’t very nice and seemed more concerned with themselves, and I had to ask for toilet paper.

The price was a plus, but the bathroom had mold, a floor lamp didn’t work, the deadbolt was faulty, and the room felt cramped.

“All in all, it was a good stay. We weren’t expecting a five star hotel when we booked and for the price it was a bargain”

The spot we booked was spot on for the area, and even though the building felt a bit old it held up well enough. We got everything we needed and felt good about picking this place. On the downside, the doorknob was a pain to turn from the outside, and the only light in the main bedroom was a ceiling fixture with the switch tucked away near the front door, making it hard to switch it off before bed. In the bathroom we found a bunch of long, dark hairs on the floor that we assumed were leftover from the cleaner. After the first night there was no maid service, so when we returned for the second night the beds were still unmade.

“Never would I recommend to anyone”

We left nothing behind, requested a refund, got no reply, and ended up staying at another hotel. The room was filthy, many shades were damaged or broken, and there was a man begging for help.

“A decent motel despite its shortcomings.”

The location is great for a solid price, and this was my second stay at the motel. The facilities were fair to good, but that’s all. The desk had no light above it.
