Hotel Excelsior

Everything, from the welcome to the stay itself, was great. The staff were discreet and efficient, the food was excellent, and the beach service was super efficient with a brilliant animation team.

The facilities are tidy, especially the common areas, and the table‑service dining keeps things organised and waste‑free; there are options for kids’ meals. The four‑person room feels a bit cramped, and the pool water is very cold.

The kitchen is excellent. Nothing to add.

The location is decent and there’s a private beach; every room offers a sea view and the staff are polite. The room is only 15 square metres, with a double bed and a bunk bed for four people, so you can’t even walk through the hallway and there’s just a chair to sit on; breakfast is casual, not a wide selection.

The staff are extremely friendly and ready to help with any request, and the location is great. There’s only one elevator inside the hotel, which is impossible to use, the Wi‑Fi doesn’t work, and the rooms are small.
