The room, breakfast and staff were all positives, but we had to pay a €25 parking fee and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work properly.

The location was fantastic—quiet yet right next to the train station, a shopping centre and several eateries. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly. All three lifts were incredibly fast, and both check‑in and check‑out were swift and hassle‑free. The price was excellent! The only downside was the egg dish, which I suspect wasn’t made from fresh eggs, and that’s not to my taste.

The staff gave wrong parking instructions, saying I could park in the adjacent shopping centre garage for €50 over 2 days; when I collected the car I learned that the €50 paid at the hotel was for a different parking spot than the one mentioned at check‑in, so I had to pay €125 to retrieve the car. I asked for a refund equal to the shopping centre ticket price minus the €50 they had paid, but the management denied the check‑in claim, insisting the welcome manager never gave incorrect directions, and claimed they had no proof of payment despite my receipt and the €50 POS slip. Dishonest, disorganised and careless.

The kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is easily reachable and absolutely central. Rooms were clean. The parking fee is very high, and communication with the front desk isn’t always smooth. Most staff don’t speak German, and many check‑in and check‑out procedures were unsatisfactory.
