Armen was incredibly friendly and helped with everything we needed, which made the stay feel really satisfying. The place was clean and everything worked fine, so I left happy.

The flat is right in the middle of town – about a ten‑minute walk to Republic Square and a short stroll to the restaurants, with the cascade just 20 minutes away. Armen greeted us with a big smile, helped with anything we asked, and the room felt more like a homestay: a separate bathroom across the hall and a shared kitchen outside, but the space itself was roomy, spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. All in all, good value for the price.

Big thanks to the host, who was genuinely warm and kept the apartment cozy and well‑taken‑care‑of. The flat sits right in the city centre, so everything you need is just steps away, and the surrounding area is quiet and pleasant. We’re already planning to come back more than once.

Armen was polite and welcoming, helped us find a parking spot and even treated us to coffee twice, which was a nice touch. The location is convenient – everything is close by – but the décor feels a bit dated, not the sleek modern style you might expect in Yerevan today.

Armen proved to be a very attentive host, offering help whenever we needed it and happily sharing stories about Armenia. His willingness to assist made the whole stay feel personal and comfortable.
