“Think we’ll stick with self catering in future.”
The staff were friendly, but the breakfast could have been more flexible and relaxed; room 4 felt extremely dated and tatty, the TV aerial was loose, and the screen was too small.

Andrew and Paula are the best owners; breakfast was fantastic, the location was nice, the room was cosy, and we felt very welcome, though the steep stairs to the rooms require a bit of strength when lugging luggage.

The location was right on the waterfront, but the property was cute yet had many stairs that made carrying heavy bags difficult, and parking wasn’t available until late in the evening.

The hotel was very friendly, clean, and welcoming, with a quiet atmosphere, excellent breakfast, and great service; however, if you prefer a quiet spot away from town, note that the town centre and facilities are over a mile away, though we used a taxi that cost £4.50 for all four of us.

The whole experience was solid, earning an 8.0/10.
