How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We arrived to find that the hotel staff, or perhaps other guests, told us that no one would check us in and that payment for the room would not be accepted because the owners had left for Bali; we were shocked and the hotel did not even offer to warn us. We took a taxi to look for another place, and the hotel never replied to our messages or to our request to cancel the reservation, so we had to resolve it through Booking.

I booked a dorm bed but was upgraded to a private twin room; however, the property looked old and poorly maintained, the doors creaked, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and I even spotted a cockroach there. There were no hooks for hanging or drying clothes.

The managers were incredibly kind and did everything to make us feel comfortable; the place itself was beautiful, with a large garden and a temple, and they offered us coffee. I highly recommend it!

The hostel is located in a temple-like setting, giving off a very chill vibe. It’s a bit far from everything (20 min by scooter), the room wasn’t very clean and didn’t match the pictures, and the AC was only average at best.
