The wellness area was excellent, especially for kids. Breakfast and dinner were generous in variety and tasted great. The staff were friendly and very helpful in the restaurant, showing a high level of professionalism that left us very satisfied. However, we were a bit disappointed with the reception’s approach when we arrived; we received almost no information at all. I would have liked to know the times for breakfast, dinner, where the wellness is located, and other details—this could easily be handled with a few sentences and guests wouldn’t need to ask. It also surprised me that the reception attended to two other guests while we, with children, had to wait a few minutes to get noticed; that seemed unprofessional, though it might just be my perspective. Other than that, everything was great and we will definitely return.

“Veľký hotel, priestranný, s množstvom športových aktivít.”

Great breakfast, quiet room; however, the wellness area should have a shower for wet swimsuits, and the swimming pool was cooler than expected.
