“The stay was fine. Only the 2 incidents threw me off a little bit”

Breakfast actually exceeded my expectations and offered more options than my last stay. The TV wasn’t working properly, and when I asked for a fix, I was told it would be resolved but it wasn’t; I also had to troubleshoot why the bedside lamp wasn’t functioning. Overall, the staff were great.

“Horrible”

Nothing positive. The room was filthy and unclean; the sheets felt rough, and the bed skirting had nasty, gross stains. The fridge had a bad odor, and the furniture wasn’t cleaned properly or at all—seems like previous guests spilled something and it was never cleaned up. Horrible hotel.

I stayed here for 5 days and never saw any housekeeping touch‑ups; towels never changed, trash never taken out, toiletries never refilled, and the bed never got made. I had to go to the office each day for fresh towels, and the only time the trash was removed was when I did it myself. Smoke from guests smoking marijuana outside my room was a daily nuisance, even though there were clear no‑smoking signs posted everywhere within 15 ft of the building, and management did nothing to stop it. The staff were friendly, especially the night manager, but I never saw anyone during the day. It was frustrating that none of the three of us received any service in our room for the entire stay. I won’t return, and the beds were much smaller than I expected.
