“siamo stati magnificamente in un posto stupendo”
The pool was fantastic, but the breakfast variety and check‑in process left something to be desired.

The property consists of a couple of country cottages located strategically between Bevagna, Spello, Cannara and Assisi, which let us visit those beautiful villages; the room was clean, the breakfast featured homemade items, and the pool was fantastic. However, the room felt a bit cramped, and it would be wise to add mosquito nets to the windows and shower plugs, because in the countryside there are many mosquitoes and a few cockroaches slipped into the shower.

A countryside agriturismo, the pool is great and it's very peaceful.

The lady Margherita’s courtesy makes you feel at home. The pool is pretty and the location is very convenient for the nearby villages.

The place is well situated a few minutes from Bevagna’s center, the renovated farmhouse, and the room has exposed beams. We chose this property hoping for something more distinctive than the standard offer, and it seemed promising at first. Unfortunately we ran into several issues: we sent our ID documents by email to speed up check‑in, but when we arrived between 15 and 18 there was no one to greet us. The next hour and a half passed with no response to calls, emails, or messages until someone finally answered, saying the phone was not working. The breakfast over the next two days was disappointing and poorly prepared (store‑bought fruit cubes, yesterday’s pastries on Sunday, no cappuccino because there was no milk) and served in a cold room with the shutters down, in a different building from the rooms. We were asked to change from a quadruple on the ground floor (potentially useful for disabled guests) to a double on the first floor, which we accepted. We can’t compare rooms, but the price stayed the same. The room had an old fridge that made a noisy whine every time the compressor started, making sleep very difficult. We needed heating, but the thermostats were locked. Wi‑Fi didn’t work and 4G was spotty. At checkout we had to wait for the owner because she couldn’t use the POS to process the payment. In short, we paid far too much for what we received.
