“Schönes B&B in Scilla”

Central in the old town but still quiet. Nice room with a small terrace, very clean. Very friendly host, seamless personal check‑in and check‑out. Interesting breakfast concept with a permanent small buffet in the kitchen. Be aware that the B&B “above” in the old town is 300 stair steps down to the beach or the fishing quarter where all the restaurants are. There are only a few restaurants in the upper old town. The accommodation itself was fine, nothing to complain about. We missed fresh bread and something hearty at breakfast, but we quickly bought it at a nearby minimarket in the morning. The staircase to the room is extremely steep and narrow (it’s the old town), but for a holiday in Scilla you shouldn’t have any problems with stairs in general.

“Fabulous family owned B&B in centre of Scilla”

We loved our stay at B&B Mastro Francesco. The large room had a super comfortable bed, air conditioning, a great shower, and a lovely balcony where we could sit out. It’s in the center, but we managed to park easily (early June). Angelina prepared a lovely breakfast each morning, including the best chocolate cake, and gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and sights. We adored Scilla, and this B&B is a great find. Everything was perfect.

The situation on the upper part of the city is two steps from the elevator. The stairs to get to the room are a drawback.

“A Wonderful Stay!”

Angelina was a wonderful host. She explained the town and where were the must see sights. The home was originally her grandfather’s and was very charming. The room was very spacious, extremely clean and in a perfect location. Scilla was so lovely, very walkable with beautiful vistas and excellent food. If going there staying at Mastro Francesco is a great choice!. Nothing
