Even before I left, Marica was checking in on me via WhatsApp; Andrea welcomed me warmly and gave solid advice, and Marica made sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay, replying right away to each of my messages. The hotel’s location is fantastic—everything’s within walking distance. My room was large, clean, with a bathroom that had all the necessary gear and a very comfortable bed. The downside was that my room faced the street and was extremely noisy; I needed noise‑cancelling headphones to sleep. The TV picture was pixelated and many channels were missing, but that didn’t bother me much since I wasn’t in Naples to watch TV.

I really liked the location, right in the heart of Toledo, with bars, restaurants, and everything you need nearby. The room was very comfortable, clean, and organized. I also appreciated the reception and the care from the moment I arrived; they were very attentive, even arranging to receive my luggage before check‑in and leaving someone to wait for me. My stay was short, so I don’t have any major negatives to mention.
