Our stay went beyond what we expected: the staff were friendly, the place was spotless, and the overall vibe was wonderful. I appreciated the guest parking, private bathroom, and genuine charm. The innkeeper Maggie was incredibly kind and helpful, and the owner/chef was a delight as well.

It was stunning, and the innkeeper was extremely attentive—no complaints at all.

Breakfast was a treat, especially the avocado toast; the gardens and decor were very quaint, and I enjoyed the claw bath in The Tower Room. Unfortunately we weren’t told beforehand that the price was higher than quoted.

The Victorian building was a visual treat with over‑the‑top finishes that were impeccably maintained, and the staff were very friendly and communicative at check‑in. The breakfast, however, fell short: eggs were overcooked, essentially hard‑boiled but microwaved; the Eggs Benedict sauce felt like a generic packet; the English muffin was merely thawed and not toasted. With only five guests that morning, there was a clear lack of effort and noticeable corners were cut.
