The spot is nicely positioned within walking distance of Usaquén’s historic center. Breakfast was simple yet tasty, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel sits on a busy road, so the noise is noticeable; a bridge is under construction to allow safe crossing in the near future. The room’s heating was set too high and couldn’t be adjusted.

The location right across from the Mexican Embassy/Consulate is great. The breakfast, however, is just average.

The staff are very efficient and service-oriented, helping with everything within their reach. They do everything themselves, which I imagine is a cost‑saving measure, but they are well chosen.
