“Overall pleasant experience”
The location and facilities were great, but the road to the hotel was damaged, forcing me to walk 200 m with luggage.

Everything was flawless, especially the staff, and there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel, stay, location, and activities were all excellent, yet the restaurant was disappointing: it opens too late, closes too early, offers limited options, and its prices on the menu don’t match the actual bill, which is very misleading; the staff were forgetful and the service inefficient.

The room was clean, and the washroom was tidy, but in the dorms the upper bed is hard to reach because the ladder is difficult to climb.

The view from the property is amazing when you’re on the outdoor terrace and the ambiance is great, but getting there is not feasible at all. The location is absolutely beautiful and worth the visit, yet the steep walk with heavy backpacks left us exhausted and out of breath. Our check‑in experience didn’t help; instead of showing empathy after the long trek, the staff focused only on paperwork, making us wait unnecessarily when we were already tired, which was not the most welcoming start. A little more consideration and hospitality would have gone a long way. The fan in our room kept making noise, and in the quiet surroundings that was very annoying.
