The location and design were solid, but the breakfast left something to be desired.

The spot and the staff’s friendliness were great, but the listing claimed a kitchenette while it was only a sink with no cooking facilities or dishes. The breakfast was awful, with very few options and poor quality, and the music was far too loud. The rooms were noisy all night, with a deep, unclear machine noise from inside or outside. The bedding was subpar, the mattress too firm, the TV tiny and far from the bed, and the sink didn’t drain well. Even though the room was larger than average for London, there was little room to move around. Overall, the price felt high for what was offered, and we felt we hadn’t really gotten a good deal.

The room was comfortable, the staff friendly, and the place was conveniently on a surprisingly quiet street near Tube stations, but the breakfast menu lacked variety and the typical English Breakfast was missing.

Huge bonus for the location! I spent five days here with my two kids (11 and 12). The room was spacious, functional, and well equipped.
