“Very Happy Customer!!”

We stay at many hotels for business, and this one was among the best. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. A young lady at the front desk answered all our questions and checked us in quickly. The breakfast spread was the most impressive I’ve seen at any hotel we’ve stayed in. We’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the Fremont, Newark, or Union City area. The sofa bed was bad, so my grandson slept on the couch instead.

The room was clean and had everything I needed. My room card wasn’t working in the morning before checkout, but it was fixed; however, it stopped working again later.

It’s close to the freeway. When I checked in, the staff member wasn’t in the mood to talk. I asked what time breakfast was and he said the info was in the room. I asked if the social evenings with free drink tickets were still happening; he said we had missed those dates. The other staff members were friendly and helpful, so overall customer service was good, but that first person made me consider renting elsewhere.
