How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I love everything about this hotel. I have stayed here four times, and what sets it apart beyond the location and comfortable bed is the staff’s care and attention. May and Peter go above and beyond what you would expect. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

We waited almost 30 minutes for the pre‑arranged transfer, even though we arrived at 10 pm and informed the receptionist of our flight; she insisted on reading out the check‑in from 2 pm. My son fell asleep on the sofa, and we just wanted to get to our room to bed. The room itself was the biggest issue: a window painted from the room to the hallway, and the hallway light turned on by sensor all night, waking us up. The design was absolutely ridiculous, and the TV didn’t work.
