Nothing ,bad service ,bad check in ,check out experience,horrible front office staff ,rooms are not airconditioned as advertised,no minibar ,horrible attitude of staff. The hotel's location was a major highlight, with breathtaking views that made up for the rough road leading up to it. However, the rooms were woefully outdated and in dire need of renovation, with bathrooms that reeked of sewage and lacked basic amenities. To make matters worse, the staff seemed woefully undertrained, and the property could benefit from hiring more staff to cater to its guests.
