The staff, especially Pedro and Nalva, are outstanding—making us feel at home with their attentiveness and care, and the view from the beachside is gorgeous while the restaurant serves delicious food. Still, the high demand shows the need for more help; Nalva works tirelessly in the kitchen, standing for hours, and Pedro is constantly on the move, juggling tasks—it's hard to believe only two people manage it all. The bed is uncomfortable, not all rooms have air conditioning, and some lack TV, minibar, or soundproofing; the wooden rooms echo, and the shower in our room leaked. The owner should focus on these details to improve the place. The lodge isn’t bad, but more investment from the management would make the stay better. I’d return for the fantastic staff and view, though the infrastructure needs work.
