The island and the hotel are pretty, set in the Rosario Islands, and the staff is wonderful, professional, and kind—truly the best human quality. The room we got was one of the smallest, and the fan didn’t keep up with the island heat.

The location was great with a private beach and no crowds, and the staff were very friendly. The room itself was nice. However, the cost to get to the accommodation was high; they suggested a boat but we found a cheaper option at the port. There’s only one restaurant, which isn’t bad, but some dishes are pricey.

I liked that it’s quiet, the beach has gentle waves, you can relax, and there are plenty of photo spots. I didn’t like the staff’s service: from the moment we arrived they tried to give us a room we hadn’t booked, claimed none were available even though the place was almost empty, and I had booked months in advance. The restaurant staff practically forced us to order what they wanted at the times they chose because the kitchen couldn’t do anything else, even though the stated closing time was 9 pm. The same happened at breakfast—nothing we asked for was offered, only what they wanted to serve. Additionally, we had a problem with a hair in the food during lunch and breakfast.
